ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 24.10.2015 and provide sufficient police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner and his family members.

2.The learned Government Advocate (criminal side) would submit that they would give police protection only to the life and limb of the petitioner.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing on behalf of the respondent police.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (criminal side), the respondent police is directed to give police https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

protection only to the life and limb of the petitioner. 5.With the above said direction, the criminal original petition is ordered.
