3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the investigation has been completed and charge sheet has already been filed before the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Special Court for TANPID Act Cases, Madurai and the same is yet to be taken on file. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.
