O R D E R

Seeking to quash the charge sheet in C.C.No.130 of 2014 pending on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.2, Kovilpatti, the present petition has been filed.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, the learned counsel appearing for the second respondent and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the first respondent and perused the materials available on record.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, it is submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners that the matter has been resolved before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre in Mediation Case No.1170 of 2014 in Crl.O.P(MD).No.21091 of 2014 dated 24.06.2015. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. It is also submitted that part of the amount has already been received before the mediation on 24.06.2015 by agreement settlement . In view of the same, the proceedings in C.C.No.130 of 2014 pending on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.2, Kovilpatti, Thoothukudi District is quashed.
