O R D E R

The petitioner has come forward with the present Criminal Original petition to direct the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry without following the due process of law. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents Police submitted that the petitioner has been called only for interrogation purpose by the respondent Police and hence, there is no such harassment as stated by the petitioner. He further submitted that the respondent Police is entitled to enquiry any one based on the complaint for ascertaining the truth.

3.Taking note of the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) that there is no harassment, this Criminal Original petition is disposed of. However, this Court makes it very clear that if there is any interrogation with regard to the complaint, the petitioner shall cooperate with the respondent Police.
