O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents, particularly, the second respondent not to harass the petitioner, based on the civil in nature complaint given by the third and fourth respondents herein.

2. Heard both sides.

3. The grievance of the petitioner is that earlier a crime has been registered against the petitioner in Crime No.170 of 2019 by the second respondent and the petitioner was granted bail by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.4, Tirunelveli, with a condition that the petitioner has to appear before the second respondent every day at 10.00 a.m., until further orders. Pursuant to the said order, he was regularly appearing before the second respondent till 09.06.2019 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

and thereafter, the second respondent did not permit him to sign the register. Alleging harassment at the hands of the second respondent, the present petition has been filed.

4. Today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), on instructions, submitted that from 09.06.2019 onwards, the petitioner did not appear before the second respondent.

5. Be that as it may, without going into all these disputes, the petitioner is directed to appear before the second respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m., from today, as ordered by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.4, Tirunelveli. The second respondent police is also directed to permit the petitioner to sign the register.

6. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of accordingly.
