This petition has been filed seeking police protection.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 4.

3. Admittedly, there is a civil dispute pending between the petitioner and the respondents 7 to 9, 12 and others. Pending civil suit, the petitioner wants to construct a compound wall, for which, she is seeking police protection. Since the civil suit is pending, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
