Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.11822 of 2021 in Crl.O.P. (MD)No.17326 of 2021 dated 23.12.2021.

2.It is evident from the records that this Court has modified the condition and directed the petitioner to appear before the respondent police once in a month i.e., on first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m.., but the petitioner has not complied with the said direction.
