ORDER

The petitioner has come forward with the present Criminal Original petition to direct the respondent not to harass the petitioner in the guise of enquiry based on the complaint given by the petitioner's wife namely, Nusfiya Barveen. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents Police submitted that only petition enquiry is pending and the petitioner has been called only for interrogation purpose by the respondent Police and hence, there is no such harassment as stated by the petitioner. He further submitted that the respondent Police is entitled to enquiry any one based on the complaint for ascertaining the truth.

3.Taking note of the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) that there is no harassment, this Criminal Original petition is disposed of. However, this Court makes it https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

very clear that if there is any interrogation with regard to the complaint, the petitioner shall cooperate with the respondent Police.
