Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.MALATHI, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mrs.S.Prabha, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- Heard both sies.

2.This application has been filed to grant extension of time granted by this Court in Crl.OP.(MD).No.434 of 2017. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submits that the application has been filed after expiry of time granted by this Court.

4.Considering the same, this court is of the view that since the petitioners have not complied with the condition, the anticipatory bail petition stood dismissed and hence, this petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioners to file a fresh anticipatory bail application.
