Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.B.MAHENDRARAJAN, Advocate for the petitioner in both petitions and of MR.R.SIVAKUMAR, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent in both petitions, the court made the following order:- These petitions have been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD)Nos.10699 and 10700 of 2021 in Crl.O.P(MD)Nos.12977 and 13366 of 2021, dated 06.12.2021. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition till today, without fail. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
