ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Section 4(1)(a) & 24 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition Act in Crime No.583 of 2019, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.When the case is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that originally, the petitioner herein has been arrayed as accused No.2 in the FI.R and subsequently, since the investigation revealed that the petitioner herein is in no way connected with the aforesaid case, the petitioner's name has been deleted. 3.Recording the aforesaid submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
