[Order of the Court was made by R.MAHADEVAN, J.] The prayer in this writ petition is for issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents 1 and 2 to remove the illegal encroachments made by the respondents 3 and 4 in the public pathway in Survey No.335/9, situated at the eastern bund of "Mudukulathur Periya Kanmoi" in S.No.95(1) of Vadakkoor Village, Mudukulathur Taluk, Ramanathapuram District, within the time frame.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is no more.
3. The learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, submitted that there is no encroachment, as alleged by the petitioner, in the subject land.
