ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is the sole accused was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 12.10.2015 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 294(b) and 307 IPC in Crime Nos.234 & 235 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police, respectively and hence, seeks bail.
2.The case of the prosecution is that due to wordy quarrel, the petitioner abused the defacto complainant with filthy language and attempted to threat the life of the complainant, thereby committed the offence as stated above.
3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that due to previous motive, a false case has been foisted against the petitioner and that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has not committed any offence.
4.The learned Government Advocate (crl. side) would submit that the petitioner is involved in nine previous cases of similar in nature and if he is released on bail, he will be absconding and he will tamper the witnesses.

5.Considering the nature of the offence and also considering the fact that already nine cases are pending against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
