When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the first respondent Police submits that during the pendency of this petition, the first respondent Police completed the investigation and filed a charge sheet before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Ramnathapuram.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the first respondent Police, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
