O. P. (MD) NO. 22511 of 2016 concerned in 28.11.2016 in Crime No. 13 of 2016 on the file of the Inspector of police, All Women Police Station, Valliyoor, Tirunelveli District the respondent herein and to pass such further order or orders as it may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.R.SATHAN BOOPATHY, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.P.KANDASAMY, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Heard both sides.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly from https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 13.12.2016 onwards and the investigation is pending.

3. Taking note of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), the condition already imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police weekly once i.e., on every Monday at 10.00 a.m., for a period of eight weeks and thereafter, as and when required.
