ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who is arrayed as A1, A2, A6, A9 & A3, apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 341, 294 (b), 506 (ii) & 307 of IPC, in Crime No.31 of 2019, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that as per the FIR, on 27.04.2019, at about 01.00 p.m., due to the previous enmity between the defacto complainant and the accused persons, the accused persons attacked the defacto complainant and his relatives indiscriminately and the defacto complainant's brother's wrist was amputated. He further submitted that originally, on the date of occurrence, the defacto complainant and her relatives only developed quarrel against the petitioners. He further submitted that due to the personal vendetta, the defacto complainant lodged a false complaint against the petitioners, and hence, he prayed anticipatory bail to the petitioners. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that similar type of case is pending against all the petitioners and the

defacto complainant's wrist was amputated by attacking. He further submitted that the investigation is at the preliminary stage and he strongly opposed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 5.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact that similar type of case is pending against all the petitioners, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
