ORDER

The learned Counsel appearing for the respondent Insurance Company would submit that a compromise has been arrived at between the parties and the matter is also settled today and therefore, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2.In view of the above submission made by the learned Counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
