ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as accused No.2, in Crime No.375 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police, was arrested on 29.09.2015 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 392, 397 of I.P.C., and subsequently altered to 392 r/w. 397, 406 and 120 (b) of I.P.C., and hence, seeks bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that on 24.09.2015, at 8.45 a.m., the petitioner along with the other accused had committed theft of Rs.16,54,461/- and jewels in Manapuram Finance Limited, Batlagundu, Dindigul District.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the petitioner has been detained under Act 14 of 1982 in Detention Order No.81/2015 dated 16.11.2015.
