ORDER

This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD). No.22084 of 2024, dated 13.12.2024.

2. Ms.Valarmathi, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3. Mr.K. Sanjay Gandhi, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly from 19.12.2024 to 03.02.2025 without any violation.

4. In view of the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in the said Criminal Original Petition.

5. Accordingly, this petition is allowed and the condition No.6(b) imposed by this Court in the order passed in Crl.O.P(MD).No.22084 of 2024, dated 13.12.2024 is hereby fully relaxed.
