This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to file a final report in Crime No.263 of 2012, within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submitted that the investigation in Crime No.263 of 2012 has been completed and the final report has been filed as early as on 22.05.2014 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Paramakudi and the same was not taken on file. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
