Prayer : Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to direct the respondents to file a final report in Crime No.2 of 2014.

ORDER

The present petition is filed by the petitioner seeking for a direction to expedite the investigation in Crime No.2 of 2014 on the file of the second respondent and to file a final report. 2.Mr.S.Chandrasekar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents, on instructions, would contend that the investigation in Crime No.2 of 2014, is underway and prays for two months time to file a final report. 3.Considering the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the second respondent is directed to expedite the investigation and file a final report/referred charge sheet, as the case may be in Crime No.2 of 2014 within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order/uploading of the order.
