ORDER
The present writ petition has been filed challenging the impugned letter, dated 18.11.2023 on the file of the respondent No.4 and consequently to direct the respondent No.4 to accept the application of the petitioner, dated 27.10.2023 seeking Voluntary Retirement.
2.When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the fourth respondent appeared through Video Conference and submitted that the fourth respondent is ready to consider the petitioner's application seeking voluntary retirement, dated 27.10.2023. 2/4
3.In view of the above submission, this Court hereby direct the fourth respondent to forward the application filed by the petitioer, dated 27.10.2023 seeking voluntary retirement, to the third respondent and on receipt of the same, the third respondent is directed to process the same and pass appropriate order in accordance with law, within a period of twelve (12) weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
