DR.G.JAYACHANDRAN., J AND R.POORNIMA.,J This Writ Petition is filed seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to transfer the Petitioner's husband namely, Johnpaul @ Balan, son of Ronimus(PID 518593) from third respondent's Central Prison, Madurai to the fourth respondent's Central Prison, Palayamkottai in the light of the Petitioner's representation, dated 8.8.2024, on the file of the respondents 1 & 2. 2/6

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court. 3.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents state that the request of the Writ Petitioner to transfer her husband John Paul @ Balan from Central Prison, Madurai to Central Prison Palayamkottai, has been acceded to by the authorities by order, dated 16.02.2025.

4.In view of the above said compliance, nothing survives for further adjudication in this Writ Petition. Hence this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
