This criminal original petition is filed by the petitioner to direct the 1st respondent to transfer the investigation in Crime No.55 of 2024 on the file of the 2nd respondent to the 4th respondent.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents no.1 to 4 would submit that already the case has been transferred to the 4th respondent and new Crime No.4 of 2025 was also assigned. Therefore, the prayer of the petitioner becomes infructuous.
