PRAYER :- For bail in Cr.No.140 of 2019 on the file of the respondent police.

ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This petition has been filed by the petitioner/ sole accused seeking bail for the alleged offence under Section 4(1-A) of TNP Act.

2. Heard both sides.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in the above case. He further submitted that the petitioner was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 12.05.2019 and he is custody for the past 23 days. He would further submit that by this time investigation might have been completed. Hence he prayed to grant https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

bail to the petitioner.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that this is the second bail application and the earlier bail application was dismissed by this Court on 22.05.2019 and there is no change in facts and circumstances of the case. He further submitted that five previous case is pending against the petitioner of similar nature. Hence he strongly opposed to grant bail to the petitioner.

5. Taking into consideration that five previous case is pending against the petitioner of similar nature and also the fact that investigation is not yet completed and also considering the fact that there is no change in facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

6. Hence this bail petition is dismissed.
