ORDER

This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD). No.17277 of 2024, dated 09.10.2024 and subsequently, it was modified in the order passed in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.12161 of 2024 dated 14.11.2024.

2. Mr. D.Muthupandi, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said conditions.

3. Mr.K. Sanjay Gandhi, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police, submitted that the petitioner had failed to comply with the conditions on two occasions.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the fact that the petitioner has complied with the conditions for a substantial period, this petition is allowed and the condition imposed by this Court in the order passed in 2/3
