The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition with liberty to file a suit before the civil Court. He has also given a letter to the Registry to that effect.

2. In view of the above, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to file a suit before the civil Court. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
