O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 3 to act upon the representation made by the petitioner and to restore assignment patta in the name of the petitioner with respect to the subject property. 2.When the Writ Petition was taken up for hearing, it was informed to this Court that the subject property had already been re-assigned to the fourth respondent and the fourth respondent is now in possession and enjoyment of the property by putting up a house. 3.The petitioner has to necessarily challenge the cancellation of the assignment patta. However, according to the petitioner, it was not served on him.

4.In view of the same, there shall be a direction to the third respondent to serve the copy of the cancellation order through which the assignment granted in favour of the petitioner was cancelled, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is left open to the petitioner to challenge the said order in the manner known to law.
