Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue of writ certiorari to call for the records of the impugned order inpassed by 2nd respondent O.Mu.No.6361/Ka.Pi.1/3/2019, dated 26-08-2019, and quash the same and to direct the respondents to reimburse the medical expenses amount of Rs.70,628/- to the petitioner under the Government of Tamil Nadu New Health Insurance Scheme, 2014 for surgery of femur interlocking nailing within a period stipulated by this Honourable Court.

ORDER
For non-compliance of the order of this Court dated 06.02.2020 passed in W.P.(MD)No.1365 of 2020, the contempt petition is filed.
2. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submits that the order of this Court dated 06.02.2020 passed in W.P.(MD)No.1365 of 2020 has been complied with, by reimbursing the medical expenses to the tune of Rs.40,000/- to the petitioner, as per the norms. He also produced a copy of the Government Order in G.O.(Rt.)No.467, Finance (Health Insurance) Department, dated 23.07.2021, wherein, the Government sanctioned a sum of Rs.40,000/- as per the package rate of United India Insurance https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
Cont.P.(MD)No.257 of 2021 Company Ltd., towards reimbursement of eligible medical expenses for the medical expenses incurred by the petitioner's father. He further submits that the petitioner has also received the said amount and sent acknowledgment for the same.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner claims that the petitioner's father incurred medical expenses to the tune of Rs.3,00,000/- and above and also submitted medical bills for the expenditure incurred by them, but, the respondent has restricted the said amount to the extent of Rs.40,000/-. Therefore, the balance amount is yet to be paid to the petitioner.
4. This Court, by order dated 06.02.2020, disposed of the writ petition by directing the respondent to pay the eligible amount as per the norms.
5. The respondent claims that the medical expenses incurred by the petitioner's father have been reimbursed as per the norms and also on the recommendation of the Commissioner of Treasuries and Accounts.
6. Since the medical expenses have been reimbursed as per the norms, the contempt petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to agitate the same, if he is having legal remedy that he is entitled for more benefits than the amount which has been sanctioned to the petitioner. No costs.
