ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition filed, under Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders, to direct the second respondent herein not to harass the petitioner and his family members under the guise of enquiry.

2. It is evident from the records that the petitioner and one Barani have also filed a petition in Crl.O.P(MD)No.17760 of 2021, for quashing the FIR in Crime No.600 of 2021 and this Court vide order dated 19.01.2022 quashed the FIR.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner's brother Muniyandi, the present FIR came to be registered in Crime No.27 of 2023 for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 323 and 506(i) IPC and that the investigation is pending.

4. Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. 07.02.2023 das 2/4
