Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.BHARATHY KANNAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.P.KANDASAMY, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the Respondent the court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate [Criminal Side] for the respondent. 2.According to the learned Government Advocate [Criminal Side], the petitioner is complying with the condition imposed by this Court regularly from 14.12.2016 onwards and the investigation is still pending.

3.Considering above said facts, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before Meignanapuram Police Station on every Sunday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
