ORDER
The petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking for a direction to the first respondent to monitor the investigation in Crime No.906 of 2020 of Tamil University Police Station, Thanjavur, Thanjavur District.
2.The main grievance of Mr.A.Thiruvadikumar, learned counsel for the petitioner is that based on the complaint lodged by the present petitioner, the second respondent registered First Information Report in Crime No.906 of 2020 against the accused for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 323 and 506(i) of the Indian Penal Code on 29.10.2020 and that till date, no action has been taken by the second respondent.
3.Mr.R.Erottusamy, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents, on instructions, would contend that the investigation in Crime No.906 of 2020 is already concluded and the Inspector of Police, Tamil University Police Station, would soon be filing a final report before the concerned Jurisdictional Magistrate after getting the wound certificate from the hospital.

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.2549 of 2021 4.Recording the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the second respondent to file a final report before the concerned Jurisdicitonal Magistrate within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order/uploading of the order.
