ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders, to direct the respondents 1 and 2 herein to give adequate police protection to the petitioner's life and limb keeping in the view of the endangering of the petitioner, at the hands of the respondents 3 to 9.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that since there existed property dispute between the parties, the petitioner has laid a suit in O.S.No.253 of 2000 and the same was decreed in favour of the petitioner; that the defendants have preferred an appeal and the same ended in dismissal and that thereafter, they have filed the second appeal in S.A(MD)Nos.549 and 550 of 2010 and the same were also ordered to be dismissed on 15.09.2009.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State would submit that the petitioner's representation is pending before the second respondent.

4. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the second respondent police is directed to consider the petitioner's representation, taking note of the decree granted by the competent Civil Court and pass orders within a period of ten days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
