Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- Heard both sides.

2. It is submitted by the Learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) that the petitioner is complying the earlier condition imposed by this Court regularly and charge sheet has been filed and the same is taken on file in P.R.C.No.7 of 2017 by the learned Additional Mahila Judge, Madurai.

3. Recording the same, the condition already imposed by this Court is totally relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the Court concerned on summons.
