O R D E R

This Criminal Revision has been filed to call for the records and set aside the order passed by the Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court(Magisterial Level), Kovilpatti, in Cr.M.P.No.210 of 2020 in C.C.No.42 of 2013 by order dated 19/03/2020.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing on either side would submit that the order passed by the Court below has been complied with and waiting for the report from the Expert, therefore nothing survives for further adjudication in this Criminal Revision Petition.

3. Hence, the Criminal Revision Petition stands dismissed. However the trial Court is directed to complete the trial proceedings within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
