ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is the sole accused in Crime No.439 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 420 and 507 IPC and hence, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner took a loan of Rs.5 lakhs from the defacto complainant for her family needs by signing in blank papers. After the death of her husband, the petitioner found it difficult to repay the loan amount. So that the defacto complainant threatens the petitioner to vacate her house and handover the possession of the house to him.

3.The learned Government Advocate (crl. side) submitted that the investigation is pending.

4.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the intervenor. 5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact that the investigation is pending, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
