3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submits that the application has been filed after expiry of time granted by this Court.

3. Considering the same, this Court is of the view that since the petitioners have not complied with the condition, the anticipatory bail petition stood dismissed and hence, this petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioners to file a fresh anticipatory bail application.
