ORDER

The petitioner has come forward with this petition under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, seeking a direction to the respondent to file the final report in Crime No.668 of 2013 on the file of the respondent within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that after completion of investigation in respect of Crime No.668 of 2013, a charge sheet has been filed before the concerned court and the same has been returned for want of some clarifications and after making clarifications, the charge sheet is yet to be filed.

3. Heard the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing on eith side.

4.Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this petition is disposed of with the direction to the respondent to file the charge sheet on or before 31st January 2016.
