ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused No.1, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 20.10.2015 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 294(B), 324, 506(ii) and 307 IPC, in Crime No.163 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police and hence, seeks bail. 2.It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has not committed any offence and prays for bail in favour of the petitioner.

3.It is submitted by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) that the injured has already been discharged from the hospital. 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact that the injured person had already been discharged from the hospital, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on his https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Ramanathapuram,

Ramanathapuram District and on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m. until further orders. The petitioner shall comply with the condition stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. scrupulously.
