PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct the respondents to secure the detenue namely S.Sajith Sathikbatcha aged about 22 years is the daughter of the petitioner based on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 24.01.2020.

ORDER
This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the respondents to secure the detenue namely S.Sajith Sathikbatcha aged about 22 years is the daughter of the petitioner based on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 24.01.2020.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the second daughter named S. Sajith Sathikbatcha has completed B.Sc., B.Ed and thereafter alliance was fixed with one bridegroom who is a distant relative to the petitioner and the marriage was fixed on 16.01.2020 and thereafter from 08.01.2020 the daughter of the petitioner was found missing. The petitioner had given complaint to the respondent police since no action has been the present petition has been filed.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is very well aware that her daughter got married with Kathik of Lakkampatti Village, Salem District. Earlier the petitioner had given complaint before the Attur Police Station and enquiry has been initiated by the Attur Police summoning the family members of the petitioner and the said Karthik and during enquiry the daughter of the petitioner had stated that she attended majority and she has married the said Karthik on her own wish, therefore the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
enquiry was closed. Onceagain based on the complaint given by the petitioner enquiry was conducted in CSR No.N.Ref.No.G2/259/3361/2020 and the petitioner was called to the police station and enquiry was conducted and during enquiry the petitioner also disclosed that he is aware of the marriage of her daughter with the said Karthik, S/o.Ammasai, Lukkampatti Village, Salem District. He would also submit that suppressing all these facts, the present petition has been filed. He would also submit that after due enquiry, enquiry was closed.
3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
