He further submitted that in this case investigation was completed and charge sheet was filed before the concerned Court and the same is not taken on file. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.

3.Considering above said facts, the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the concerned Court on receipt of summons.
