This petition is filed to direct the respondent to conduct an investigation and file a charge in Crime No.3 of 2013, on the file of the respondent.

2.When the matter is taken up, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) would submit that originally the complaint given to CB-CID, Trichy, and thereafter, the complaint was transferred to the Inspector of Police, attached to the Samayapuram Police Station, and the same is pending for investigation under Section 174 of Cr.P.C.
