RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Honourable Court that the petitioner shall appear before the Respondent Police daily at 10.00A.M until further orders in Crl.OP(MD)No.20984 of 2016 dated 08.11.2016 in Crime No.68 of 2016 on the file of the Respondent Police.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly from 13.12.2016 onwards.

Advocate (Crl.side), the condition already imposed on the petitioner is relaxed and the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required.
