O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent herein to provide necessary Police Protection to the life and limb of the Petitioner, on the basis of his Representation dated 02.01.2020 within the time stipulated by this Court.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that enquiry was conducted, based on the complaint of the petitioner and the same was closed, on 16.03.2020. 3.In view of the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
