ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petition mentioned vehicle was seized in connection with Crime No.73 of 2021 registered on the file of the second respondent. 3.The petitioner's counsel has enclosed the permit said to have been signed by the first respondent.

4.Though the petitioner's counsel's submissions are persuasive, in view of the direction passed by the Hon'ble Division Bench, I am of the view that the petitioner has to necessarily move the court below.

5.Therefore, the respondents are directed to produce the petition mentioned vehicle before the jurisdictional Court tomorrow itself and obtain RPR number. The petitioner is at liberty to move https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD)No.3187 of 2021 the jurisdictional Court for return of the vehicle. The said petition will be disposed of within a period of seven days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
