O R D E R

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to provide police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner, based on the complaint dated 02.06.2019, and to take appropriate legal action against the third respondent in accordance with law.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that a civil dispute is pending between the petitioner and the third respondent and now the third respondent is interfering with the petitioner's right. Hence, the petitioner has given a complaint against the third respondent to the second respondent seeking police protection. But the same has not been considered. Hence, the petitioner has filed the present criminal original petition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions would submit that after due investigation, the respondent police has closed the complaint directing the parties to approach the concerned civil Court seeking appropriate relief.

4. Considering the fact that already the complaint given by the petitioner has been closed, the relief sought for by the petitioner

cannot be granted. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed.
