ORDER
The petitioner seeks limited relief of disposing of his representation, dated 06.12.2022 which was filed for rectification of the error in the patta issued to the petitioner.

I have heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court. 3.The grievance of the petitioner is that despite the passage of more than two years, there has been no positive steps taken by the second respondent to enquire into the matter and pass order. Hence, the instant writ petition.

4. Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for by the petitioner, with the consent of both parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
5. The petitioner only seeks for rectification of the error in the revenue records, for which, he has given a representation wayback on 06.12.2022. The said representation has not been acted upon till date. In such view of the matter, there shall be a direction to the second to pass orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 06.12.2022 after hearing the petitioner and the respondents 3 & 4 within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
