ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- There are totally 12 accused. The petitioner/accused No.2, arrested by the respondent police on 27.02.2015 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 120(b), 324, 307, 506(ii) altered into 302 of IPC, in Crime No.63 of 2015, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.
2.It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is innocent and he has not committed any offence and prays for bail in favour of the petitioner. He has further submitted that the petitioner has been in judicial custody for the past 60 days. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that investigation is almost over and they are awaiting for chemical analysis report.
4.Considering the long period of custody, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner with certain conditions. Accordingly, the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for
