ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition filed, under Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders, to direct the respondent to complete the investigation in FIR 1/4

No.1 of 2021, dated 07.03.2021 under Sections 498(A), 294(b), 494, 506(i) IPC and to file final report within a period as stipulated by this Court.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State would submit that after completing the investigation, charge sheet has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Nilakottai and the same was taken on file in C.C.No.24 of 2022.

3. Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. The petitioner is at liberty to challenge the charge sheet, if so advised.
