To Modify the conditions imposed that the Petitioner shall appear before the respondent every day at 10.30 A.M until further in Crl. O. P. (MD) No. 18423 of 2016 dated 15.11.2016. Order : These petitions coming on for orders upon perusing the petitions filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.MATHIYALAGAN, Advocate for the petitioner in both the petitions MR.P.KANDASAMY, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the Respondent in both the petitions the court made the following order:- Heard both sides.
2. This Court, by an order dated 15.11.2016, granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner with certain conditions.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is a Lawyer practicing at Chennai and he is not able to comply with the conditions imposed by this Court within the stipulated time. Hence, he seeks extension of time. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
4. Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case, time for compliance is extended for a period of two weeks from today and the condition already imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police twice in a week i.e., on every Saturday and Sunday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
